La B del M

Its name means "the grocery in between". The famous Bodeguita was originally a grocery that sold fresh products and cooked them for its best customers. During the forties, the cultural upper crust loved to enjoy the atmosphere of that improvised restaurant. Since then, each guest writes something on its walls to mark his presence there. The menu is purely traditional Creole: black beans, white rice, and pork. The guests have to share the reduced space distributed in two floors with a capacity for 100 guests.
