Partagas: Visit of the cigar factory

A classic visit when you come to Havana. And even if a small portion of visitors, a priori, is interested by the Cigar ,this factory will attract everybody's attention. A completely manual process needs more than 500 specialized workers. In the Galera, room where are lined up the Torcedores (cigar rollers), the dexterity and quickness of their hand gestures are impressive.
At the beginning of the visit, when you have just entered the palace of the god Habano, the ammonia vapors coming from the fermentation of the fresh leaves will send you to an atmosphere full of culture, history and craft know-how at the service of one of the most important products for t he economy of the country.
